UMP A-Z Beginners Course WEST VALLEY

Top Choice Officials would like to extend an invitation to you for our upcoming Umpire Clinic. Umpiring is a great way to stay connected with the game of baseball, expand your knowledge of the game, and earn money. Top Choice Officials mission is to teach and develop new officials, and help provide pathways for them to reach the highest level of sports.

Our two-man umpire clinics begin with a morning session in the classroom to start each day. Here we go in depth on rules, mechanics, and have the opportunity to answer any question students may have. After lunch, we will meet you on the field for hands-on learning. With the help of current and former Minor League Umpires, we will demonstrate proper procedures, mechanics, and safety tips.

The week following the clinic, opportunities will be provided to get you umpiring live games immediately. Mentors will be on sight and often working with you throughout your first several weeks of working. This provides immediate answers and assistance to you as a new umpire, and can help you feel more confident on the field.
